Dr. Vijay Rai brings an excellent skill set to provide dental services at Azle Smiles. He started his dental journey in India where he got his Bachelors in Dentistry in 2011 and completed his Masters in Oral Surgery in 2017. Then he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from University of Southern California. From there, he moved to Texas in 2021.

Dr. Rai is dedicated to providing his patients with the highest standard of care in a comfortable and friendly environment. He believes in making long lasting relationships based on trust and open communication. He is very detailed and passionate when it comes to treating his patients. During his free time, Dr. Rai loves playing chess and spending time with his family. He enjoys running marathons as well.

Dr. Vivek Singh, BDS, DDS, MS, MS

Implantology Specialist (Part-Time)

Dr. Vivek Singh is a comprehensive restorative and implant dentist who specializes in advanced dental implant treatment and complex restorative care. With advanced training in implant dentistry, oral medicine, and orofacial pain, Dr. Singh combines modern technology and clinical expertise to help patients restore their oral health, function, and confidence.

Dr. Singh has extensive experience with dental implants, full-arch implant solutions, full-mouth rehabilitation, cosmetic dentistry, and advanced oral surgery. He uses digital imaging and guided treatment planning to provide precise, personalized care for patients who require more complex treatment.

Known for his calm and compassionate approach, Dr. Singh takes the time to listen to each patient and explain their treatment options clearly. He is committed to providing comfortable, personalized care and helping each patient achieve a healthy, functional, and confident smile.

Dr. Alexander Dao

Orthodontist (Limited Schedule)

Dr. Alexander Dao is a dedicated orthodontist who comes from a proud family tradition of general dentists and dental specialists. His connection to the field runs deep: his father is a general dentist, his wife and younger brother are fellow orthodontists, his older brother is a pediatric dentist, and his in-laws are also general dentists. Dr. Dao combines clinical excellence with a deep understanding of the patient experience to create beautiful, healthy smiles.

His journey into orthodontics is built on a highly diverse and robust academic foundation. Dr. Dao earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Temple University – Kornberg School of Dentistry. He went on to further deepen his scientific and clinical expertise by earning a Master of Science (MS) in Oral Biology along with his specialized degree in Orthodontics at UNLV Orthodontics. Prior to his dental and orthodontic training, he completed his undergraduate studies at Rutgers University – New Brunswick, where he double majored in Biology and Economics with a minor in Psychology. This unique blend of disciplines allows him to approach orthodontics not just from a scientific perspective, but with a keen understanding of the profound impact of a beautiful smile on self esteem and the operational excellence required to deliver a great patient Experience.

When he is not busy transforming smiles at the office, Dr. Dao embraces an active, dynamic lifestyle. In his spare time, he enjoys running, hiking, traveling, and spending time in the great outdoors.
